How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 6–8 business days in transit.
Most customers receive their orders within 7–10 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders currently. No minimum purchase is required.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Fiji only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly through our Order Tracking page.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly.
Most refunds appear on the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
