Refund policy

At Maternelle Joy, every product is chosen with care, comfort, and confidence in mind. If something isn’t right, we’ve designed a supportive and transparent returns process to give you peace of mind throughout your shopping experience.


What Qualifies for a Return

You may request a return if:

  • An item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You receive a product that does not match your order

  • You decide the item isn’t right for you (change of mind)

To be eligible:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition

  • All items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and included components


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and maternal care reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products clearly labeled as non-returnable on the product page

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Returns requested outside the stated return window


Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be approved


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

    • We cover the full cost of return shipping

  • If you change your mind:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@maternellejoy.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our care team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved

  3. Securely package the item according to the instructions provided

Returns sent without prior authorization may be declined.


Refund Handling & Timing

  • Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of arrival

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or replacement (subject to stock availability)

  • Please contact info@maternellejoy.com to arrange an exchange


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, orders must follow the return process outlined above
